Uncle Ross you were so awesome. I was thinking about you today and how generous and wise you were. I remember in the 80s when we used to watch Russ Abbott at your house and you used to sit and smoke Hamlet cigars!! It seems like a lifetime ago. I wish you were still here. X

I was just thinking about Uncle Ross and remembering how generous he was. I remember going out for an Indian meal and him insisting me and my friend try a Mango Lassi. I remember not liking it but pretending I did because he insisted it was great, and of course there was never any question of who would get the bill. Even as little kids I remember him ordering the worlds most impressive Chinese takeaways and eating them in the front room at Moore Avenue. Happy times. What a waste not to have him around anymore.
